#ICYMI: A Look Back at Q1

This post was authored by Mary Halliwell, North America Communications

It’s hard to believe that we’ve already wrapped up the first quarter of 2017 and spring is here. As we turn the calendar and kick off this new season, we wanted to also take a moment to look back at some of our most memorable announcements and social posts from the past quarter. They include new partnerships that will help us to further research and develop innovative therapies for patients; industry awards recognizing our workplace strategies that help employees achieve work-life balance; and our leadership’s participation in important global conferences.

Throughout Q1, our employees shared their perspectives on a wide range of topics. For example, Kristin Schuhwerk, Global Head of Clinical Operations, shared some insight on Phase 2 clinical trials as part of our Drug Development 101 series. Lisa Egbuono-Davis, VP, Global Patient Centered Outcomes & Solutions and Tanisha M. Sullivan, Senior Corporate Counsel weighed in on what Black History Month means to them. And we celebrated #WomenInStem in honor of International Women’s Day.

What were some of your own favorite moments from the first few months of the year?

We hope you enjoyed reflecting on Q1 with us. A huge thank you to all of our readers who kept up-to-date with us. We appreciate your ongoing support and hope you have a great spring!
