As the President and Chief Executive Office of Sanofi Genzyme, David Meeker is responsible for leading the Rare Diseases and Multiple Sclerosis businesses globally.   In his 18 years with Genzyme, David has served as Chief Operating Officer, President of the Rare Disease business unit and as a Medical Director on cystic fibrosis gene therapy program. David has led the integration of the Genzyme and Sanofi businesses and delivered strong double-digit sales growth.
